Film specifications: PE/PA films in 50 or 75 µm thicknesses are most commonly used. Other materials, such as PET/PE, are also available.
The AIR-TUB are available individually or in rolls.
Rolls can be perforated to meet your requirements.
Roll widths are available from 20 cm to 1.2 m.
Non-Return Valve
For individual bags, the end of the valve can be sealed to simplify inflation.
Up to six seals can be placed across each chamber to allow the Air-Tub to bend more easily.
The standard chamber width is 30 mm. Other widths are available and may require dedicated tooling.
Bubble-shaped film is available.
